In the shelf reception zone, packaged goods and containers are fed in and out of the ongoing material flow. With simultaneous in and out-feeding, continuous conveyors form a direct link between multiple transport levels.
Sorting circuits for containers and boxes are optimum components for connecting ASS order picking and sequenced loading preparation.
Lift up gate
The GEBHARDT lift up gate is a conveyor system with a fixed conveying path. The conveying element can be pivoted by approximately 90 ° upwards if required. The open lift up gate ensures access to jobs and escape routes so that legal provisions are complied with. The lift up gate is used in an enclosed space for the transport of general cargo (containers, cartons).
The GEBHARDT link belt conveyor is suitable for horizontal transport of containers, trays, boxes and plastic bags. The frame profile is an own aluminum profile by GEBHARDT. The support element is an endless link belt which depends on the surface of the conveyed goods. The belt can glide on various sliding surfaces, depending on the product weight. Optional on plastic strips or steel sheet. The drive unit is arranged underneath the conveyor. The belt conveyor can be used in reverse. The conveyor lengths are dependent on the load. Indoor use at normal room temperature.

Elaborate pneumatics are no longer required. A seperation in transfers like vertical conveyors works normally. Depending on the required throughput, the feed speed adjusts automatically. Only required sections are activated via sensor by conveyed goods. Different sized packages or containers run without pressure in the same and small distance. As an effect the storage capacity increases enormously. Conversely, less accumulation distance, space and energy are needed. Drive from roll to roll via motor roller poly-v belt.
